I apologize for not knowing about this sooner, but last weekend (July 9,10) and this weekend (July 16,17) there is an alley cleanup sponsored by the city with a gang of parolees. Most, but not all, of of the gang are wearing orange vests and are accompnied by a city supervisor. For more information, please call one of the Bel Air Neighborhood Association board members.
